True Thoughts
The True Thoughts creative programme re-starts on October 25th and will be running every Friday afternoon 2-4pm at the Quaker Meeting House until December 6th.
True Thoughts is a welcoming weekly session that supports wellbeing through a programme of creativity, conversation and mindfulness.
Come along to try new things, make new friends and grow in confidence.

True Thoughts started out as a radio project giving Phoenix Project members a platform to share interests and discuss topics including mental health.
The project was adapted during lockdown to bring in other creative means of expression. It’s now a creative project that uses art, music, conversation, creative writing and more to support connection and self-expression.
Come along to have your voice heard, build new skills, self-worth and confidence in a friendly, welcoming environment.
